BCI Equipment Specialists was formed and incorporated in Columbus, OH in 1989 as Booth Concepts, Inc. by George V. Volpe, President. The goal was "to create an equipment company capable of delivering the highest degree of equipment and service to the automotive collision and repair industry."

The company's first headquarters was a small, one room office. After several successive moves, each to larger facilities, BCI moved to it's present location in Verona, PA. This modern facility houses BCI's offices and is equipped with a large show room to exhibit BCI's range of top-of-the-line equipment and state-of-the-art training facility to host seminars and training sessions for their customers and jobbers.

Today, BCI has grown to be one of the most reputable companies in its geographic working area (Western Pennsylvania and Eastern Ohio). The ability to exceed customer expectations, as well as their exceptional range of quality products and services, has enabled BCI to become one of the top distributors in the United States.
