In December of 1993, Bill Stefaniak started a small, family owned, lighting business - known as Electric Lighting Maintenance, Inc. After purchasing a used bucket truck Bill continued working as an electrician during the day and lighting at night. Shortly thereafter, Nickie Stefaniak left her job as Service Manager at a local Electrical Contractor and joined her husband. Cody, their son, joined the business in 1997 and continues with the company today as Vice President in charge of field operations.

Today, Cody and Nickie maintain the company with all the values and personal touch that the late Bill Stefaniak insisted upon. Although, the company has grown from a small 4) property business to what now services hundreds of properties Valley Wide, Nickie and Cody continue giving customers the attention and service that could only come from a small business.
